2. RETURNS INFORMATION
Contact Support – Simply contact our customer service to register your return and request your shipping label.
14-day return policy – You can return your purchase to us within the statutory period of 14 days after receiving the goods.
Protection & Hygiene – For hygiene reasons, we only accept unopened, unused and originally sealed products.

Contact our customer support or simply send a short email for your return to hello@wearequde.com and include your order number (Q518...). Our team will help you directly.
SELECT RETURN
Choose between two options:
- Store credit: Your return is 100% free of charge.
- Classic refund: We will charge a return fee of €4.90.
We will then send you your DHL return label by email. Please pack the goods securely for transport.
SUBMISSION & REFUND
Simply drop off your parcel at a DHL branch, a parcel shop, or a Packstation. Please keep the proof of postage safe!
After a successful quality check in our warehouse, we will send you your voucher or refund the amount within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
